SFU POLICE JUDO JUNIORS - FALL 2019

Starting on September 10, 2019
Last Practices Dec 17th and Dec 19th, 2019
Time: 1830-1930
Location: Central Gym

PLEASE NOTE: Starting September 2019, all Police Judo Junior participants will be required to join the Law Enforcement Training Association (LETA) to participate in the Police Judo Junior Program.

The Association membership is a non-refundable $50.00 per year fee. This is in addition to the SFU program fees. For those SFU police judo youth interested in participating in Judo BC programs or competition, there will be a $38 ($35 +$3 processing fee) additional charge to facilitate the requisite Judo BC membership costs ($88.00 in total for Judo BC).

All Police Judo Junior registrants are required to have a valid LETA or Judo BC membership.

All Police Judo Junior volunteer coaches are required to have a current criminal record clearance check.

VPD POLICE JUDO FALL 2019

Starting on September 4, 2019! 

The VPD Police Judo will start practices for the Summer semester on May 1st, 2019. This program is free for all employees of the VPD and will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday night from 1930-2130 hours at the Tactical Training Centre at 2010 Glen Drive in Vancouver.  

Individuals not employed by VPD who are interested in joining this program will have to be part of an established police volunteer program, an applicant with a LE agency, or referred by a police officer - all participants will have to complete a criminal record clearance check. All sworn police officers, regardless of jurisdiction, are able to train for free at this location.

JIBC POLICE JUDO SPRING SEMESTER 2019

 Starting on September 4, 2019

JIBC Judo will be running every Monday and Wednesday night from 1930-2130 in the Justice Institute of British Columbia.

KAMLOOPS POLICE JUDO FALL 2019

  Starting on September 4th, 2019

Kamloops Judo will be running every Wednesday night from 1900-2100 at the Aberdeen Judo Academy (1465 Pearson Place, Kamloops, BC Canada  V1S 1J9) starting on SEPT 4th, 2019.

SFU POLICE JUDO JUNIORS FALL 2019

Starting on September 10 and 12, 2019
 Recreational and Beginners -  18:30 - 19:30 Central Gym 

 Please note the structure for each class. For youth just starting judo, younger and beginning judo, the appropriate class is Thursday. For youth interested in participating in Judo BC events, they will need to join Judo BC.

Ray Cam Police Athletic League Judo

Police Judo volunteers are also running the Ray Cam Youth Judo Program two semesters a year - Fall and Spring. The program is run through the VPD Police Athletic League - for more information on this refer to the VPD website under PAL.
