Thanks very much to Michele, Dave, Brendon, Grace and Zan for providing a great workout for the VPD Diversity - NewKids Vancouver cadets. The Handcuffing session was great fun, and Grace thumping Zan and Brendon all over the mats  was a joy to watch for us all! Thanks much Tyler and Lorrie for bring the kids to practice with us.
