Programs

Family kids judo classes for 4-6 year olds introduce basic judo movements and techniques in a safe, fun setting. Kids learn throws, pins, and groundwork while improving balance, coordination, and discipline. Our skilled instructors focus on cooperation, respect, and sportsmanship, encouraging a love for physical activity. Through playful and structured exercises, children build confidence and a solid judo foundation for future growth in the sport.

Dates: Every Wednesday from September 10 to November 11 (except stats)

The Introductory Judo Class for 8-11 year olds runs for 10 weeks. Kids will learn basic judo movements and skills through fun games and activities. The program teaches life skills like falling safely and practicing break-falls with confidence. Alongside physical skills, children will learn judo etiquette, rules, and the value of respect under the Moral Code of Judo.

Catering to 8-11 year olds, this class balances skill development, physical conditioning, and mental focus. Students refine judo techniques like throws, pins, and groundwork, while learning advanced strategies and combinations. Our experienced instructors stress respect, discipline, and sportsmanship, encouraging personal growth and teamwork. Classes challenge physical ability and mental agility in a supportive, inclusive environment. Focused on continuous improvement, these classes prepare young judoka for advancement and foster a lifelong passion for judo.

If you are injured during police judo activity, please advise an instructor who will complete the following form and attach it your ZenPlanner profile.

PAR-Q

Prior to stepping on the mat, you must download and complete the annual PAR-Q form. Once completed, please e-mail it to zenplanner@oddsquad.com to be added to your profile.
